all but our entry-level, small business package, and we
offer the ability for our clients to manage their

may also set up forwarders and autoresponders as the
need arises.

Free Maintenance*
A website is never completed. A website that remains
static will not draw return visitors. To promote ongoing
maintenance, we include free maintenance with all of our hosting
plans (for those sites which we manage). If we are
managing your website*, any modification within the existing
structure of your website will be included in the cost of
hosting as long as the hosting contract is in good standing.
Structural modifications will, of course, cost extra, but all
standard maintenance is included.*At the
request of some of our smaller customers, we have added a
lower-cost hosting option which excludes maintenance. We still
recommend strongly against allowing your site to become static,
but this is an option for smaller business hosting accounts. If
you choose hosting without maintenance, any changes will be
billed at a rate of $50/hour in half-hour increments.
